This was intended to happen before the freeze, and it was -1 at that time. Time was not enough and that couldn't happen, then I made another -1 upload, excluding the introduction of new binary packages and only bumped this to -2 because a new upstream release will come in the meantime and the target now is unstable after the release. I see no point to upload to experimental - this is not a library and nothing else depends on it. With best regards, b.
