In d/control please remove the first of:
debhelper (>= 13), debhelper-compat (= 13)

Please bring the git up to date. There is an unreleased 3.1.1 version instead of a 3.2.0~pre01.

You have removed two licenses which are still contained in the project with different file names.
You have to keep them. But please rename the short identifiers to something that makes sense.

Try to use xvfb for the tests.

When you are done, untag moreinfo from this bug.
