There are too many issues, so I will only list those with highest severity:

* Please do not use "3.0 (native)" source format. It is only intended to
Debian's native project. You are almost always required to use "3.0 (quilt)"
format.

* You must list the full license text of MulanPSL2 in debian/copyright file
