Bug#436927: /etc/timidity/freepats.cfg: No such file or directory (freepats == RECOMMENDED)

Recommended packages are supposed to be installed by normal (non-power) users. 
Apitude does this by default and if I've seen it good, apt-get will also 
change in this way.

If you do not install the recommended packages you are assumed to know what 
you're doing and e.g. install other (typically much better, but non-free) 
patches manually.
