Hi,

your package FTBFS on GNU/kFreeBSD because when not on Linux, including
<machine/soundcard.h> is tried, while it usually is <sys/soundcard.h>,
which is the case on GNU/kFreeBSD. I guess the way forward would be to
check for the appropriate include through configure, but the attached
patch would do for all Debian architectures for now. There's also a
missing include, which is trivially fixed.
