samplv1 fails to cross build from source, because ./configure detects
the build architecture qmake with AC_PATH_PROG. Since the behaviour of
qmake is architecture-dependent, one should be using AC_PATH_TOOL here.
After doing so, samplv1 cross builds successfully. Please consider
applying the attached patch.
