Dear Maintainer,

while rebuilding the build dependencies of doxygen with the upcoming doxygen 1.8.19 (https://salsa.debian.org/debian/doxygen/-/wikis/ratt_doxygen_1.8.19-1_amd64-partial) this package FTBFS.

doxygen reports:

Later this error comes up:

I can guess that doxygen silently fails without generating the man file.
I suggest you update the doxygen configuration file to the latest format with doxygen -u
