I am also interested in seeing this happen in Debian as
well. My workstation lives on "testing" and has for many years. Today,
I was trying to work with OBS with custom browser docks. This feature
is missing from Debian's build; I was able to build the portable version
from sources, including the CEF, as provided by
https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/wiki/Install-Instructions#linux-portable-mode-all-distros.
I far prefer Debian packages to manual updates.
I have reviewed the blocking bugs, 915400 and 893448. There doesn't seem to be any resolution one way or the other.
Would there be opportunity for that today, seeing as the original discussions were from 2018?
