The issue is:

pkg-config --exists --print-errors libplacebo >= 4.192.0
Package libunwind was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libunwind.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'libunwind', required by 'libplacebo', not found

But, libplacebo (nor any if it's dependencies) requires libunwind. Did
you build any of those yourself?
