Bug#1041302: svt-av1: breaks ABI without SONAME bump

I reported this issue upstream.

But , now the question is: what is the best way to deal with that on our side?
Should I artificially bump the soname? If so, what soname can I use?
How do we handle these cases in Debian usually?
