signed by Wichert Akkerman and J.H.M. Dassen.

We discussed the Social Contract and the DFSG. Ivo showed me he understands
them. He agreed with the DMUP terms. I asked Ivo to explain if NPL is a
DFSG-complaint licence and he did it quite exhaustive way.

Tasks and Skills
Ivo already has some packages sponsored to Debian. I've looked at one of them,
rtf2latex. While check I found a packaging error in it that was caused by
recent changes in doc base. Since I checked it while talking to Ivo (zarq)
at irc I asked him to fix the bug and he did in two minutes. Ivo showed me
he is experienced enough to become a debian developer.

Conclusion
I recommend Ivo to be accepted as Debian Maintainer.
