Status of Anton Zinoviev ????

I am trying to find out why Anton Zinoviev's account is still 
not created. The first details that I have sent did not arrive
at da-manager@d.o and new-maintainer@d.o for some reason, so I resent
them on 22-09-2000, nearly 1 month ago. Still nothing happened.

Dale, I might need some help here. da-manager and new-maintainer
don't respond to my e-mails....
