I've updated the AM list a bit and have marked some accounts as
inactive. These were all people I've never seen acting as AM (and I'm FD
for 15 months now) and have no applicant at the moment.
There are also some more or less inactive AMs who have an applicant at
the moment (who's also inactive), I'll write to those again to see if
they're still interested. 
For what it's worth, the real number of AMs is somewhere around
45. About 30 of those AMs process one applicant at a time.
