Martin Dosch: Advocate

For nm.debian.org, at 2022-08-27:
I support Martin Dosch <martin@mdosch.de>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Martin Dosch on many go-team packages
since early June, 2022 and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I have worked with Martin on a number of his golang packages like go-sendxmpp, gosop, xmpp-dns
etc. and have found the quality of his work to be pretty good all the time.
I would either upload his work as-it-is or with minor nitpicks.
Martin also takes great care of not breaking other packages in the ecosystem while
bumping a go-lib version, with for instance running ratt, and making sure everything
goes Ok.
When in doubt, Martin asks on the lists and/or contacts upstream for their input, which
means they know when to ask for help. They are also very _very_ quick to respond to feedback.
Martin is also friendly and cordial, and is a wonderful person to work with. They also frequently ask
for sponsorship, so I'd like to remove myself from the equation a bit, here.
I am convinced that they know how to maintain their packages well, and I believe they should
become a DM right now.

I have personally worked with Martin Dosch <martin@mdosch.de>
(key FD5A92F4208137A4B6680B3D52A57CFCE13D657D) for around 3 months, and I know Martin Dosch
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
