I support Holger Wansing <hwansing@mailbox.org>'s request to become a
Debian Developer, uploading. I have worked with Holger Wansing in the
Debian installer team for several years and I consider him as having
sufficient technical competence.
He been driving the translation efforts of the d-i team for a long
time now, and has shown himself to be competent, reliable and good to
work with. He's also not afraid to ask for help when it's needed, and
I trust his judgement here.
