JFI the manpages are terribly out of date and not kept in sync neither
with the -help switch nor with the manual. Unfortunately upstream does
not cat about keeping them up to date.

A while ago I tried a straightfoward convesion using help2man but that
did not work due to different assumption on the file descriptor on which
the output is printed. I will loog again at it ...
