The package does install /usr/lib/ocaml/lwt/pa_lwt.cmx but not
/usr/lib/ocaml/lwt/pa_lwt.cmo which is a problem to use it from the
bytecode camlp4 ― which is most common.

The Pa_lwt module is in lwt-syntax.cma. Note that there is no pa_lwt.o
either; people are supposed to use lwt-syntax.cmxa to link the Pa_lwt
module. pa_lwt.cmx is there for optimization, not for linking.
