I'm planning to switch directly to 5.1.0.

Meanwhile, there are things to do:
- generalize the use of ocaml_dune DH buildsystem (~60 packages)
- replace dependencies on ocaml-nox by ocaml, to eventually remove the 
transitional package (~174 packages)
- wait for camlp5-buildscripts to pass NEW, so that camlp5 can be 
updated (probably required for a new OCaml version)
- wait for OCaml packages to migrate to testing (~65 packages at the moment)
