Thanks for fixing my mistakes. In particular I had forgotten to run
lintian on the source package. And I wasn't aware of the English
typographical rule for question marks :)

I added the French translation of debconf templates.

The dynare-matlab package is working for me as of my last commit
(385e7f52).
