Does anyone know when the transition will start?  I think I finished the 
QA work on the Octave-Forge package that I intended to do during the 
Summer.  That said, there are four packages that are failing to build and 
should probably be excluded from the transition: octave-ltfat, 
octave-ocs, octave-odpackage, and octave-tisean.
