But I suppose that patch has not done the permissions right (he could
not know about).
Do a chmod u+x debian/rules
Or even better:
You could get debian/ from CVS:
rm -rf debian
export CVSROOT=":pserver:anonymous@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/debian-openoffice"
cvs login
<press enter>
cvs -z4 co -d debian ooo-deb/debian
