Bug#405950: empty file names in OpenOffice open-file-dialog

It odes. Because I don't support old versions at all which are
superseded and won't be in any release. But you are right that it might
not matter for this specific bug...

They can use ae etc. I never said this isn't a bug but there's an easy
workaround (not using Umlauts in filenames) and I myself avoid Umlauts
in Filenames, too.
