Bug#460076: openoffice.org-calc: randbetween() always returns 0 on amd64

And with an up-to-date OOo version? (2.3.1 is available in sid and on
www.backports or for a etch backport). My amd64 box is currently in
repair so I can't check...

It does not really make sense to file such bugs for etchs version. It
will never get fixed in etch...
