I just tried a dist-upgrade (and also did so around a week ago) from lenny to
squeeze and it suceeded.
We discussed it a bit on IRC and found nothing which can cause this:
- procps and debconf were both unpacked and configured before this package
(openoffice.org-emailmerge depends on them, as well as on python)
- there's no info in this output what exactly went wrong and sh -x could
not be given as a second attempt already worked for Kurt
- debconf works and shows stuff too so it cannot be that it's set
to something which prohibits showing the error if OOo was running when
the dist-upgrade happens,
- it might be unopkg, but unopkg doesn't seem to be ran at all...
(and now it's too late anyway to check the extension info in OOo)
Though, a few weeks ago I *did* see this too but I didn't see this
on later tries either...
-> unreproducible, moreinfo
