And with libreoffice? I doubt this bug will ever be fixed in stable

I'd argue that if it only happens with "lp" (and works with CUPS) it's
only minor. People should use CUPS and leave the legacy stuff behind (as
bad as cups may be.)

which will be quite hard to reproduce if you don't have a printer
config with lpd yet/one that will work with it...
