Hi,

This BTS is for bugs in official Debian, not for bugs in bpo. I have no idea on how you circumvented the Bugs: header disallowing that, but anyway.

Looks like a local problem on your side. At least this is the first report
of this here. Do you have some old user config? (Can you delete it?)
