So this is a bug report "it crashes"?

That said, doesn't crash for me on a sid (sid from before the gcc5 transition
with LO 1:5.0.0~rc5-1 from experimental and upgraded so it doesn't break with
the transition..).

Or a bug report "does not open debuggger"?. Whatever that would make sense... That said,
I am not aware that LO upstream opens a debugger. You mean a backtrace?

No idea how upstream does it and whether they strip the symbols but if that is the cause:
installe libreoffice-dbg
