That said, there's

since a short rime in addition to the orginal backported patch.. (referencing
the same bug..)

Wondering whether we should backport it.. (Currently only scheduled for 5.3,
whereas the original fix is now also in the tree for 5.2.3...), but will
definitely wait until the original, more important fix reaches testing.
