Make that 3.0.5. I'll make sure that rev has the appropriate stuff. (I
hesitate to upload it until the new perl is installed though.)

It's much better to just use build dependancies now. dh_testversion is
mildly deprecated, and I am removing calls to it from my own packages
now.
