I had only a short look at them. There are two problems so far I can
see. Both Slurp and accessors does not seem to have a proper copyright
and license on them, so if upstream would not clarify they cannot be
redistributed in Debian.

Do you know if Fedora solved that by getting clarification from
upstream?
