Indeed, I wanted to stay away from trying to determine that as I don't
think it can be done reliably without inspecting each package by hand,
which I don't have time for at the moment.

I've now sent out these pings, and I will keep track of responses and
send a summary in a few weeks. Reply-To set to the mailing list so that
people can help with adding people/adopting packages if they are able.
