I can understand that, they can't all be on the 21st port...
So, I'm now reassigning this bug to debian-policy, and proposing
that a new virtual package be registered on the official virtual
packages list. The proper name would be 'ftp-server', because IIRC
there is a package called ftpd already.
I guess this is not a "proper" way to get something into the policy,
but I really don't think we should worry about the procedure.
Instead, let's get this implemented, and simply fix the problem.
