Of course FHS descriptions should be included in Debian :-)
But creating special plugin for Nautilus is too complicated way IMHO.
Please do not forget KISS principle. I think that simple plain-text README
is simplest way that covers all needs. It can be viewed without any special
plugins by any file manager (mc for example).
Does Debian policy can recommend something (including READMEs)? Or policy can only
force something, no recommendations is possible?
