Dear Maintainer,
Sometime (think a header only dev package) you need to depend on a strict version of an other package.
However, (= ${source:Version})) is not NMU, backport, piupart and user recompile safe.
That is the best pratice ?
gpg use something like:
Depends: dirmngr (<< ${source:Version}.1~), dirmngr (>= ${source:Version}),
Breaks: dirmngr (<< ${binary:Version})
What do you think ? That is the consensus ?
