Bug#474994: cupsys-driver-gutenprint: no cups-genppd run during install

This is to be expected. No Gutenprint PPDs were found in
/etc/cups/ppd, so there was nothing to update. This is unrelated to
the PPDs being installed or not--these are the PPDs for the print
queues you set up, not the available PPDs for all printers.

With a recent version of CUPS (1.2.x), gutenprint no longer needs to
generate PPDs; they are generated on the fly by
/usr/lib/cups/driver/gutenprint.5.0. As a result, cups-genppd is
obsolete and never used.

To fix the bug you are reporting, we can
1) Remove cups-genppd
2) Create the missing directories

Given that cups-genppd is no longer needed, I will probably go with
(1).
