Bug#486912: Bug:#486912 libsane: HP PSC 1210, can scan as root, but not as user, udev rule missing

Yes, the user is member of the group scanner. The user already was member of 
this group BEFORE I added the udev rule.

This rule was present from the beginning, but it did not work for scanning. I 
assumed that scanning was controlled by the z60_libsane.rules and printing by 
55-hpmud.rules.

No, without the additional rule scanning was impossible as user, it worked 
well as root.

Printing was working well out of the box.

This could take some weeks as the PC we are talking about is my friend's which 
I will visit in some weeks again. I opened the bug as my friend does not have 
the knowledge to handle these system specifics.
