The double recommend/suggests is a bit wonky.
Maybe you should recommend on (liblouis-bin | liblouisutdml-bin).

I don't know what's the difference in braille support between
liblouis-bin and liblouisutdml-bin, but if the package is recommended I
would go for the better one only.
