OK.  Committed to git.  Will be uploaded as version 10.02.1~dfsg-4.

I rarely deal with these situations, so I may be wrong, but
I would think the best version is the new one:  10.02.1~dfsg-4.

OK.  You titled the bug "coordinate uploads ...".  Do we need to do them 
together - on the same day or something?
