Package: modconf Version: 0.2.48 Severity: normal I found that modconf was missing from my system, so I used aptitude to get it. Once installed I found X wouldn't work (dri module), mouse didn't exist (psaux), & etc. Running modconf, manually selecting them fixed them, but that shouldn't have been necessary. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-2-686 Locale: LANG=en_CA, LC_CTYPE=en_CA (charmap=ISO-8859-1) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_CA) Versions of packages modconf depends on: ii module-init-tools 3.2-pre1-2 tools for managing Linux kernel mo ii modutils 2.4.26-1.2 Linux module utilities ii whiptail [whiptail-provider] 0.51.6-20 Displays user-friendly dialog boxe -- no debconf information
