Bug#635570: ca-certificates: Not enough validation of cert formats

I installed a certificate from my employer and sometime later began
having strange problems with some programs not being able to perform
SSL connections correctly. Upon investigation I eventually figured
out that /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt had a line like this in
it:
-----END CERTIFICATE----------BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
The certificate I'd installed was missing a trailing carriage return.
No warnings were raised and the resulting errors were very difficult
to diagnose. I don't know how easy it would be, but it would be nice
if there was some basic validation of the files that were being
concatenated together.
