Bug#920181: anacron: Use of @daily silently executes jobs each hour

Package: anacron
Version: 2.3-24
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

While mentioned on 'man anacrontab' it seems misleading that @daily is
_not_ supported but @monthly is. Of course I understand that @monthly
differs and can not be expressed simply in the number of days.

I used @daily (admittedly wihtout reading the man page) and ended up with
a job executed each hour, on every invoction of anacron and _no_ errors.

What I would expect:

    * the job _NOT_ beeing executed every hour.
    * errors when unsupported symbols are used.
    * bonus: anacron support for @daily and @weekly and maybe more.

Warm regards,
miguel
