Hi,

sanitizer appears to be a program to introspect and modify incoming
email. It also has gone at least 15 years without an upstream
release. Personally I find it unlikely that these two facts go well
together, and would suspect nobody is using this program anymore.

If nobody replies here, I will raise severity of this bug and
eventually file for removal, ideally before bookworm freeze.
