tupi was once set to "linux-any" due to Build-Depends on "qtmobility-dev" (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=747832).

But now it doesn't depend on qtmobility-dev anymore. So can it be set to "any" again?
