Alternative script for qa.debian.org/orphaned.html

Hi,
waiting for the LDAP restoring I wrote a small perl script which
checks for orphaned packages with the maintainer field not set to
the QA Group.

The layout sucks, but it's a start. :)

The script is available on http://people.debian.org/~ema/orphaned.pl and
the output on http://people.debian.org/~ema/orphaned.html

I enabled a cron job on gluck which updates the informations every day.
