Bug#250347: packages.qa.d.o reports testing migration problem when there isn't one

When I look at pcmcia-modules-2.4.26-i386 at packages.qa.d.o now it
says:

Problems
# The package has not yet entered testing even though the 10-day
delay is over. Check why.

Testing Status
# 10 days old (needed 10 days)
# Valid candidate

To say that there is a problem is a little misleading because the
package will enter testing during the next run of the scripts.
