RFS: QA Uploads: epplets, libpam-foreground, tkdiff

Hi folks,

I have a few QA uploads sitting on mentors if anyone has time.

Epplets:

Was already uploaded once, got rejected for some missing copyright 
holders, which I believe I have fixed. ( I believe anibal_ was the 
initial uploader ).

libpam-foreground:

Thomas (tomv_w) has been looking at this for me so this might be taken 
care of.

tkdiff:

I just orphaned this today after seeing that the maintainer was on the 
MIA list.  However, the maintainer has been having keyring problems and 
is apparently not happy with the situation so he is now fine with this 
package being orphaned.  This closes RC bug #473050, at least for me.  
Even running with tk8.5 and the .tkdiffrc file posted in the bug report.

If anyone has time to comment/sponsor/upload, I would appreciate it.
