I really should have taken screenshots.

For whatever reason, the upload of src:dhcpcd 1:10.0.1-3 triggered
autopkgtest for src:dhcpcd5 9.4.1-24 as well. Additionally, the popcon
results for both packages on qa.d.o were showing the same number.

Both only got solved once I uploaded 1:10.0.2-1. I highly suspect that
this was due to src:dhcpcd shiping a transitional bin:dhcpcd5 until
the previous upload, which qa.d.o and tracker.d.o somehow both
misinterpreted as implying the src:package of the same name.
