Bug#712264: qtconfig: could not exec '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt4/bin/qtconfig': No such file or directory

You need to install qt4-qtconfig to make it available.

We will need to think what to do with the binaries that qtchooser masks, as 
making qtchooser depend on them is not correct :-/
