Dear Maintainer,
*** Please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
I upgraded from Kmail 4.4.11 to 4.10.5 and tried to use it to access an IMAP server. Server is courier-imap 4.10.0-20120615-1+b1 and still works fine from Icedove.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

   * What was the outcome of this action?
Network dump follows:
A000211 SELECT "INBOX/FOLDER"
A000211 NO Mailbox does not exist, or must be subscribed to.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Network dump from Icedove follows
3 select "INBOX.FOLDER"
* FLAGS ($TODO \Draft \Answered \Flagged \Deleted \Seen \Recent)
* OK [PERMANENTFLAGS ($TODO \* \Draft \Answered \Flagged \Deleted \Seen)] Limited
* 9 EXISTS
* 0 RECENT
* OK [UIDVALIDITY 366652616] Ok
* OK [MYRIGHTS "acdilrsw"] ACL
3 OK [READ-WRITE] Ok
