Both recommends come from the merge with the Kubuntu packages, the kde-style-qtcurve4 is a typo, the package is named kde-style-qtcurve both in Debian and Ubuntu, the orion-gtk-theme is a "clean" theme that is only present in Ubuntu, I should probably add an alternative so the recommends make sense in Debian (murrine-themes it the one that I use), drop the recommends to suggest, or just package the theme.
